New season has started and Up Consulting team is getting stronger! Get to know Tasnim Dridi, our Salesforce Developer!

At Up Consulting, our strength lies in our people. This time, we’re happy to introduce Tasnim Dridi, our newest member of our Salesforce team. We asked a few questions:

1 . Could you briefly introduce yourself and your professional background?

My name is Tasnim DRIDI, I’m 27 years old, and I’m from Tunisia. I hold an Engineering degree in Informatics and Electronics from the Engineering School of Carthage (ENICAR).My professional journey began with a six-month internship at Talan Tunisia, which later led to my first full-time role as a Salesforce Developer at Cognizant in Grenoble, France. Now, I’m excited to start this new chapter at Up Consulting!

2. What inspired you to pursue a career as a Salesforce Developer?

I first discovered Salesforce through a conference organized by Talan Tunisia for Students, and from that moment, I was captivated by the technology. The Salesforce world constantly presents new challenges, which is something I find very motivating. The large, vibrant community and the ever-evolving nature of Salesforce keep me inspired every day.

3. What motivated you to join Up Consulting? 

I’m thankful to be joining Up Consulting, especially after hearing such positive feedback from colleagues both past and present. The work environment here is great, and I’m excited to be part of such a talented, well-organized team.

4.Which project or achievement in your career are you most proud of? 

What I’m most proud of from my time at Cognizant is the collaboration on projects, regardless of the role I played, has been extremely rewarding. In a relatively short period, I was able to develop and master a wide range of new skills and cover different areas within Salesforce. This has been a huge growth opportunity for me, and I’m eager to bring that experience into my new role at Up Consulting.

5. What are you looking forward most in your new role?

I’m really looking forward to learning even more about Salesforce in a different environment and continuing to build on my skills here. I’m confident that my experience in quickly acquiring new competencies and working effectively with teams and clients will allow me to make meaningful contributions.

6. Outside of work, what are your passions or hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy acrylic painting, which is a great way for me to unwind and relax. I’m also passionate about cooking, especially preparing Tunisian dishes!
