Our organization has grown significantly in the past ten years and business is moving fast. Implementing a CRM was the solution to best centralize and analyse our sales activities to leverage on to become a staple in the Asset Management Market. Flows of data and information has increased as well with professional social networks and cloud solutions that the challenge for us today is more on the understanding of data sets than on the data collection itself. Evaluate and anticipate the needs to be closer to our clients every day is our routine message and implementing a CRM tool was the best answer.

Vision, understanding of clients and technology, good professionals having different expertise, all topped with creativity are the main ingredients to build teams that can face the changes. It is also about willingness and capability to cope with transformation and good collaboration overall to take up challenges.

Most of the time, big transformations cannot be done on his own. Indeed, consultants bring their experience and ideas to reach their goals, and sometimes they bring innovative solutions internal teams could not foresee. It is about finding the good balance.
