How will you succeed?
By:
Designing & developing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) tailor-made to customers’ needs,
Being integrated into UpCRM’s delivery teams — and, as our staffing & sourcing offering grows, sometimes directly embedded within a client’s own technical team — working closely with peers (CRM Architect, Consultants, Business Analysts) and reporting to the Services Director,
Supporting our customers’ digital transformation through clean, well-documented and maintainable code,
Being involved in internal projects and UpCRM innovation activities in support of business development.
Assisting management on technical direction, code quality and continuous improvement of our development practices.
You will:
Team Up with Consultants and Architects — or with your client team when staffed on-site — to translate functional requirements into technical solutions,
Develop with Consultants and Architects — or with your client team when staffed on-site — to translate functional requirements into technical solutions,
Be the technical reference towards the client during solution deployment in respect of our 4D methodology, produce technical documentation and Proof of Concepts according to requirements,
Assist clients during Go-Live activities and testing, and proactively promote the latest Salesforce releases and features,
Contribute to the development, delivery, integration and support of Salesforce-based applications,
Participate in code reviews, best practices implementation, frameworks design and standardization.
What will we achieve Together?
If you:
Possess a strong technical background with a minimum 3-year experience in software/application development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, integrations),
Show a good knowledge of the Salesforce platform — or a strong motivation to specialize in it — including Apex, LWC, Flow and API integrations,
Are familiar with modern development practices — version control (Git), Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines and Apex unit testing — or eager to build these habits,
Understand good knowledge of the Salesforce platform — or a strong motivation to specialize in it — including Apex, LWC, Flow and API integrations,
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English (written, oral), German and/or Luxemburgish being a strong asset,
Are a Team-Worker, performance-driven, and can work under tight deadlines with a great sense of priority management,
Have a good sense of humor, are easy going, open and frank to colleagues.
