During our careers, we both have been confronted with too many IT solutions that didn’t deliver on expectations and even brought more complexity within the organization.
In the early 2000s, we witnessed the emergence of a new revolutionary IT solution: CRM. The simplicity of use and the potential of Customer Relationship Management for businesses fascinated us.
We decided to found UpCRM to promote and deliver efficient CRM solutions to the Luxembourg market, help organizations achieve their goals in sales, marketing and services development.
